Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of services
Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or invoice
Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
Weather Conditions
Drone operations are weather-dependent
Inspections may be rescheduled due to:
High winds
Rain
Poor visibility
No additional charges will apply for weather-related rescheduling.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed
If a service cannot be completed due to operational issues, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion
