Refund & Cancellation Policy – Greensphere UAV

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of services

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or invoice

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

Weather Conditions

  • Drone operations are weather-dependent

  • Inspections may be rescheduled due to:

    • High winds

    • Rain

    • Poor visibility

No additional charges will apply for weather-related rescheduling.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed

  • If a service cannot be completed due to operational issues, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion
