  • Access to the site is permitted and safe for drone operations.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested operation cannot be conducted safely or legally.

3. Weather and Operational Conditions

Drone operations are highly dependent on weather conditions.

GreenSphere UAV reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions such as high winds, rain, poor visibility, or other environmental factors.

  • Delay or cancel flights where required for safety or regulatory compliance.

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.

4. Compliance with Aviation Regulations

All drone operations conducted by GreenSphere UAV comply with regulations set by the

UK Civil Aviation Authority.

Flights will be conducted in accordance with current UK aviation rules, including:

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Safety distances

  • Privacy considerations

  • Operational safety requirements

If regulatory restrictions prevent a flight from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest where permitted by law.

  • Services may require a deposit or advance payment for larger projects.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of future services.

6. Delivery of Media and Data

Following completion of a service, GreenSphere UAV will deliver agreed outputs which may include:

  • Photographs

  • Video footage

  • Inspection imagery

  • Orthomosaic maps

  • 3D models or survey data

Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity.

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables will be provided digitally.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, mapping outputs, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of GreenSphere UAV unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their intended purpose.

Clients may not:

  • Resell imagery or data

  • Transfer usage rights to third parties

  • Alter or redistribute materials without permission

Commercial licensing may be arranged upon request.

8. Liability

GreenSphere UAV will perform services with reasonable care and professional standards.

However, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of business or profit

  • Delays caused by weather or regulatory restrictions

  • Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by clients

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

We are committed to protecting personal data and operating in accordance with the
