Media & Data Usage – GreenSphere UAV

Ownership

All aerial images, videos, and reports produced by GreenSphere UAV remain the intellectual property of GreenSphere UAV unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Usage

Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered media for:

• Personal use

• Marketing (if applicable)

• Internal business purposes

Portfolio Use

GreenSphere UAV reserves the right to use captured media for:

• Portfolio

• Marketing

• Website and promotional materials

Sensitive or confidential projects will not be used without client consent.

Data Storage

Inspection data and media may be stored securely for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.
